Builder (Public Bid)
As lead bidder, constructed Newton Jr. High School annex for the Town of Newtown, CT. Built auditorium, cafeteria, gymnasium; classrooms, athletic fields and sewer pumping station.
Development/Construction, Major Watercourse Dam
Industrial dam acquired and re-constructed for private site use. Developed in accordance with Army Core of Engineers, Connecticut State Department of Environmental Protection and local Inland Wetland Agencies standards.
Design/Build (Public Project, Negotiated Contract)
15,000 sf day center, designed and built by VSP for United Cerebral Palsy of Westchester. VSP recommended and constructed a larger, less costly facility than anticipated, while still accommodating the special needs of UCP's constituents.
Construction (Low-Bid Contract)
60 unit public housing project for seniors, built for the State of Connecticut, Department of Community Affairs under low bid contract. Single story, quad-style construction with easy access.

VSP built a custom, 5500 sf addition to this luxury 9000 sf property and renovated interior as well, matching and preserving the integrity of the home's stately character.

Sewage treatment plant servicing 280 apartments in 18 two-story buildings on 37.1 acres. Plant constructed under private contract for Citibank.
Construction, Project Management - Mitchell-Lama Program
16-story high rise apartment complex. Built in joint venture for the Lutheran Church under the Mitchell-Lama affordable rental and cooperative housing program.
